Overview

Arrow Out — Puzzle Escape is a minimal, focused, and progressively challenging puzzle game featuring two modes: Classic Arrow Escape and Snake Path Finder.

We designed Arrow Out with privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information the game processes, how it is used, and the measures we take to protect it.

Arrow Out does not require an account, login, or sign-up. All your game progress is saved locally on your device.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Locally Stored Game Data

Arrow Out stores your progress and preferences locally on your device using Android/iOS secure storage. This information never leaves your device unless you choose to share it.

• Highest unlocked level (Classic and Snake modes)
• Stars earned per level
• Total stars collected
• Sound and music preferences
• Number of free hints available
• Current level progress
• Ad-free subscription status

You can reset all locally stored data at any time using the "Reset Progress" option available in the game's Settings screen.

1.2 Device Information

We may collect limited non-personal device and diagnostic information to help Arrow Out run smoothly and to fix technical issues.

• Device model and operating system version
• App version
• Language and region settings
• Application crash reports
• Error logs and performance data

1.3 Advertising Information

Arrow Out displays advertisements to keep the game free for all users. When ads are shown, the advertising provider may process limited device and advertising-related information.

• Advertising identifier (e.g. Google Advertising ID)
• Approximate device location (country/region level)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• General device information used for ad delivery

You can limit ad personalization at any time through your device's system settings.

1.4 Purchase Information

If you choose to purchase the "Remove Ads" subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by the Google Play Store (or Apple App Store on iOS). Arrow Out does not collect or store your payment details.

• Payment details are handled by Google Play / Apple App Store
• Only a subscription status flag is stored locally on your device
• We do not have access to your credit card or billing information

2. How We Use Your Information

The limited information described above is used for the following purposes:

• Saving and restoring your gameplay progress on your device
• Remembering your sound, music, and hint preferences
• Displaying advertisements to keep Arrow Out free
• Providing the Ad-Free subscription experience for subscribers
• Improving game performance and fixing crashes
• Understanding how features are used to improve gameplay
• Providing technical support when requested

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Because Arrow Out does not require an account or login, your game progress remains on your device only. Uninstalling the game will remove all locally saved data.

Diagnostic and crash information, where enabled, may be processed through Google Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix technical issues.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by Arrow Out. However, no service can guarantee absolute security.

4. Third Party Services

Arrow Out uses a small number of trusted third-party services to provide advertisements, in-app purchases, and crash reporting.

4.1 Google AdMob

Arrow Out uses Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may process limited device and advertising-related information to serve ads.

Rewarded ads may be shown when you request additional hints or extra lives. You may choose whether or not to watch these ads.

4.2 Google Play Billing

Google Play Billing is used to process the optional "Remove Ads" subscription. All payment details are handled directly by Google, and Arrow Out does not receive or store your payment information.

4.3 Firebase Crashlytics

Firebase Crashlytics may be used to collect anonymous crash reports and diagnostic information. This helps us identify and fix bugs, improving stability for all users.

4.4 Third-Party Policies

All third-party services operate according to their own privacy policies and terms of service.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Because Arrow Out is designed to require minimal information, you always remain in control of your data:

• Reset all locally stored progress at any time via Settings → Reset Progress
• Uninstall the app to remove all local game data from your device
• Limit ad personalization through your device's system settings
• Manage or cancel the "Remove Ads" subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Contact us for any privacy-related questions or concerns

6. Children's Privacy

Arrow Out is a family-friendly puzzle game suitable for a general audience. It is not specifically directed at children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has interacted with Arrow Out in a way that may have shared personal information, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

7. Advertising Choices

You can control ad personalization at any time using your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Personalized Ads

Purchasing the "Remove Ads" subscription will hide all advertisements throughout Arrow Out.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the beginning of this policy.
